GC-TS401 Flaw Detector is a passive, non-contact, non-destructive online steel wire rope flaw detection device based on metal magnetic memory effect. It can detect the breaking, corrosion, deformation and local stress change of steel wire rope. Compared with the existing steel wire rope flaw detection device, it has the following advantages:

1) No need of special magnetization device;

2) No need of surface cleaning;

3) No need of coupling technology;

4) Fast and accurate detection of the stress concentration position;

5) Both detection of existing defects and future defects based on changes in internal stress.
